BOOKING POLICY
Please read through the terms and conditions below before confirming your appointment date.
The 309.27$ cost you see for all services acts as a 300$ appointment retainer + transaction fees to secure the date of your choosing. This retainer will be deducted from the final price of your tattoo on the day of your appointment. Please feel free to ask for an estimate for the final price of your tattoo prior to booking if I have not already sent you one.
Appointment retainers are non-refundable, however can be transferred to a new appointment date one time as long as I am given at least 5 days notice from the date of your original appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled for a second time, you will be required to pay a new appointment retainer to proceed. Those who wish to reschedule their appointment within the 5 day time period leading up to their original appointment will need to pay a new appointment retainer. Please contact me directly via email in the case of a reschedule and I will assist you in choosing a new date.
If you have a change of heart regarding your design idea or desired placement leading up to your scheduled appointment, please let me know via email with at least 3 days notice as this may affect the final design that I prepare for you and may affect the quoted time and cost. Design changes are not typically a problem on my end as long as I am given adequate notice to prepare. Please note that if I am not made aware of changes regarding your service, I will not be able to accommodate them on the day of your appointment which would subsequently result in the loss of your appointment retainer.
I have all drawings ready for the day of your session. I book a grace period at the beginning of every appointment to allow for discussion surrounding the prepared design and to allow for minor modifications to your proposed idea in the event that what I prepared for you wasn’t exactly what you were picturing. These types of modifications will not result in the loss of your appointment retainer - I want to ensure that you end up with a tattoo that lives up to your expectations. I operate like this as I find it far more efficient to communicate about the design in person rather than by sending sketches back and forth through email. If you feel as though you would be more comfortable meeting in person first to discuss your tattoo idea, please do not hesitate to ask to book in for a consultation instead. Consultations typically run for 30 minutes and are complimentary.
If you have any further questions that are not answered here or in my faq, please feel free to reach out to me at any time and I will do my best to answer promptly.
By confirming your appointment date and sending in an appointment retainer, you are agreeing to having read and understood the above terms and conditions.
